Pricing for your situation

Co-signing needs differ by lease or loan, the decision-maker’s requirements, and the proposed commitment. Contact us for the applicable pricing for your case. We do not publish a universal rate or an approval-based price promise.

Ask for a written breakdown

Before accepting a paid arrangement, request a written explanation of:

• Any service or matching fee and what it covers.
• Any co-signer compensation or ongoing costs.
• When payments are due and who receives them.
• Cancellation and refund conditions, including what happens if a match or approval does not occur.

Separate service costs from application costs

Landlords and lenders may charge their own application fees, deposits, interest, or other costs. Those amounts are separate from any Haven service arrangement unless expressly stated in writing. Confirm all amounts directly with the relevant party.

A quote is not an approval

Paying a fee or discussing a match does not guarantee loan or lease approval. Do not assume any fee is refundable unless the written terms say so. If a cost or condition is unclear, ask for clarification before paying.
