Haven Co-sign
How it works
A clear path from your first conversation to an informed decision—without pressure or promises of approval.
01. Start with your requirements
Tell us whether you are applying for an apartment or a loan, your preferred timeline, and what the landlord or lender has asked for. A thin credit file, past financial setback, or limited borrowing history does not tell your whole story.
Before pursuing a match, ask the decision-maker whether they accept third-party co-signers. Requirements vary by property, lender, and type of agreement.
02. Explore a suitable co-signer match
We help you explore a vetted co-signer who may meet the stated requirements. Discuss the proposed arrangement, any service costs, and the information needed for review. A potential match is not an approval or a promise that a co-signer will agree to sign.
03. Review the commitment together
Both parties should review the actual lease or loan, payment obligations, and any service agreement before signing. Ask questions, confirm the total cost, and consider independent legal or financial advice.
04. Keep your responsibilities clear
The landlord or lender makes the final decision. If an agreement is signed, you remain responsible for payments and all other obligations. Keep copies of your documents and communicate promptly if your circumstances change.
A better next step starts with a conversation.
